My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Travis and his team. We purchased our home in 2016 and had problems getting heat and air in our master bedroom and one other room. Travis and his team completed a thorough evaluation of our home and found the problem that so many in the past did not. They found one of our returns collapsed due to the framing of the ductwork system. The framing surrounding the ductwork was built with a 3-inch hole and should have been a 10-inch hole to properly fit the ductwork (something the builder should have caught). Travis was able to partially connect the return so that we could get at least 40% of air and heat to our master bedroom. Our room feels so much better now. Prior to this, we were using a fan in the summer and a heater in the winter in the master bedroom. We are cool now, and we get the heat as well. Travis worked tirelessly to provide a solution to an issue that was not his to solve. We are so grateful for the many hours he put in on his off days. Thanks so much for your patience and time. Called Travis late AM and arrived the same day at the time specified. He provided a quick resolution to our AC not running after only a few minutes of evaluating the situation. After cleaning a clogged drain pipe and draining the water out of the pan on the furnace, he had the air working. He stated that, in time, we would need a new central air unit to replace our 18-yr old one, but assured us that it was not necessary at this time. He showed a genuine concern for me, the customer.
