Avoid Damages on Your HVAC System
We all know it’s cheaper to prevent a problem than to fix one.
Your heating and cooling system is likely the most important (and expensive) piece of item in your home, along with being the biggest consumer of energy!
A bi-annual checkup of your unit can help eliminate the most common preventable problems before they can turn into a big problem and leave you cold or hot.
A standard maintenance service agreement includes the following, your system will get all this attention twice a year!
In the long run, a maintenance service agreement will cost only a fraction of the price of the service visits and replacements that could have been prevented.
Heating cycle check
Calibrate and adjust the thermostat
Test safety controls
Clean burners for efficiency
Calibrate gas valve
